| DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY |
| All domestic orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We take 3-5 buisness days to prepare fresh goodies, that’s why we take time. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 buisness days after dispatchment for Tamilnadu. For South India ,it takes 3-5 buisness days to reach after dispatchment. For North India, it takes 3-7 buisness days to reach after dispatchment. Delivery to locations which are in low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 7-10 working days after dispatchment. |
| For COD orders, we will do verification through phone call or mail before shipping our goodies. Verification will be done within 1-3 days of placing your order from our side. |

| Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery and OTP may be generated to your Primary number mentioned while ordering. Please give active number while ordering. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. However Natural Goodies takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. |
| Please take unboxing video proof before opening the package. It will help you to claim goodies if any damaged/ wrong products received. Unboxing video will also help you to claim ,if any products missed out. Without unboxing video, you can’t claim with us .
